• Our cancellation policy automatically applies with each booking made, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
  
  • Minimum fee for any cancellation is R250
    
  • More then 28 days in advance: 10% of the total amount
    
  • 21-28 days in advance: 25% of the total amount
    
  • 14-21 days in advance: 50% of the total amount
    
  • 7-14 days in advance: 75% of the total amount
    
  • Less than 7 days in advance 100 % of the total amount
  • In the event of premature departure the full extend of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
